Explore My RewardsSign in to your upenelab.com account first. Then select the Loyalty points button in the bottom-left corner of any storefront page to open the Rewards shop, view your points balance and explore your available rewards. You can also use the Explore My Rewards button above.
Two ways to enjoy your points
Discover a gift
Explore gifts starting from 25 points. We will keep updating the selection. Current gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
Save on your next order
50 points = €1 off. For example, redeem 100 points for €2 off in one discount code.
How to redeem
- Sign in to your upenelab.com account, then select the Loyalty points button in the bottom-left corner of any storefront page.
- Check your points and choose an available gift or discount reward.
- Follow the instructions in Rewards. For a gift, check that the correct item is in your cart, then complete checkout with your reward code.
Gift redemption requires at least €1 in paid merchandise. Each gift code can be used once for one gift. Codes cannot be combined.
Rewards terms
Availability and duration
This program applies to upenelab.com and is ongoing, with no scheduled end date. The gift selection will be updated over time. Current gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last. View the Rewards panel for the current selection, variants and points required.
Gift and discount codes
Reward codes have no expiry date. Each gift code is single-use and applies to one gift. Gift redemption requires at least €1 in paid merchandise in the order. There is no limit on the number of rewards you may redeem with sufficient points, but codes cannot be combined with other reward codes or discounts in the same order. Redeeming several codes does not make them stackable.
Shipping
A free gift does not automatically qualify an order for free shipping. Gift value is excluded from the free-shipping threshold; eligibility is based on the final payable merchandise amount. Applicable shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Cancelled and refunded orders
Points used for an order will be returned if that order is cancelled or refunded. For help with your points or a reward code, please contact us.
Check your selected gift
Review the exact product and variant before redeeming. Some gifts are accessories or expansion kits that require a compatible main device. Refer to the selected product listing for included items and compatibility. A non-expiring code does not guarantee that a particular gift will remain in stock.
